This is an exact replica wheel part designed for use with standard sliding drawer components that can be sourced easily. Standardized dimensions are implemented throughout the design. In this layout, it's recommended that the screw or bolt should be countersunk. Feel free to modify my design - it's fascinating to see how others bring new ideas to existing concepts. Instructions I successfully printed this part with a RepRapPro Ormerod 3D printer. To assemble the wheel, you will need a small washer and bolt; if your original draw had missing wheels, these components are likely already on hand.
