Human: 2 designs for replacement impellers for Draper SWP210DWSS submersible pump. Both these designs work with the double curved vane type, which appears to be slightly more efficient. The jury is still out on how long they will last in ABS, but I'd love to hear from anyone who tries them with a more exotic filament. UPDATE 20/1/2016 New designs uploaded with deeper vanes, and it works even better than before! Print Settings: Printer Brand: Printer Model: RepRap Prusa i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 mm Infill Percentage: 25% Notes: ABS prints were made using a 0.4mm nozzle with 7 perimeters and 4 top and bottom layers to ensure solid vanes. How I Designed This: The designs were created on a Mac with AutoCAD 2016 software.
