<p>The shape of this pen actually comes from the work I also do with cut vinyl decals. I use a dental pick when weeding the excess vinyl. For comfort, I've wrapped my favourite pick with foam and tape. After years of use, this is the shape the foam has taken on.&nbsp;</p><p>For me, I end up pinching the longest arm between my thumb and pointer finger. That being said, it's not the only way to hold it. Definitely an acquired taste, not everyone will love the feel. At least it will never roll off a table!</p><p>Center hole is 6.6mm and fits the ink as pictured below (this one came from a Bic pen).&nbsp;</p><p>Included bot a right and left handed version….although some right handed writers may find the left handed one more comfortable and vice versa.&nbsp;</p><p>I'll leave it at that before I make it any more confusing!</p>
