A friend requested a simple drama mask cookie cutter and I've just started printing it to see if it's functional within the next few hours. The parts are precision-engineered with zero tolerance between them, so I'm printing the border at 101% to ensure a seamless fit. Edit - It works beautifully! Printing the border at 101% is key, as it allows for a snug press fit that makes assembly a breeze.
