I designed a 1/1700 scale model of the Drake class warship from Gundam Seed and Gundam Seed Destiny to complement my Archangel and Eternal models in the same scale. The design files for the refit version with linear catapults are included, as well as the standard ship configuration. To achieve the best results, I recommend printing the ship vertically in separate parts, allowing for easy sanding of any rough areas. Some components, such as the turrets, docking ports, and thrusts, may not function properly unless printed at a high resolution. The Stand and Positron Reflector Shield can be found on Thingiverse under file 1962151, while an update to the missile pods is available under file 1956714. I made significant changes to the design in July 2017, releasing the MK2 version with improved parts and a more refined feel. To print my model effectively, use the following settings: Printer - XYZprinting Da Vinci Mini; Rafts - Yes; Supports - Yes; Resolution - 0.2mm; Infill - 50%.
