I'm working on a project funnel that gets glued right at the bottom of a container. The tube attached to the funnel needs an inner diameter of Ø 7 mm and should be somewhat flexible - its connector is slightly wider than that for a tight fit. The hole in the container's bottom should be around Ø 40 mm, with the base of the funnel cone being just a few millimeters short of that size. If you print it solid, drilling holes and using bolts with some sort of gasket will help create a better seal.
