Drain Pipe Water Butt/Pond Filler

I used a commercially available water-butt drain pipe fillers to top up my pond but it's design meant it got easily blocked (even by grid and small leaf fragments) and also its narrow tube meant it didn't make the most of a good rain shower. I designed a new version intended to be less prone to blocking and with a bigger outflow. Designed for European 68mm drain pipes (down pipe) and has a 30mm pond pipe outflow.
