Drain Filter/Strainer for IKEA Bathroom Sinks

This is a straightforward strainer I built for an IKEA YDDINGEN sink. It likely functions on other sinks sharing the same design. The strainer fits between the drain bottom and the drain cover, which screws into the central hole. This simple solution probably works with many IKEA sinks (and possibly others). However, it may interfere with the drain closing mechanism.
