DragonLink UHF Tx Cradle

DragonLink UHF Tx Cradle

thingiverse

This design allows you to attach your UHF transmitter to the handle of your Taranis X9D radio using a clip for easy removal and swinging underneath. On April 6th, 2014, an OpenSCAD file was added for a new holder style accommodating DL V1, V2, EZUhf, and customized holders. To use the design, print both parts and bolt them onto a metal bar (15mm x 145mm x 1mm) with 5mm holes (4mm bolts work well). The bottom of the bar should be bent into a "L" shape for the transmitter to rest on. Apply thin stick-on foam on the cradle's inner surfaces and the "L" bottom. Place the transmitter in the cradle, secure it with 10mm wide thin Velcro slipped through the arm ends slots, and use additional Velcro around handle clips if needed for a tight fit.
