Dragonhorn (BMG+Dragon Hotend in Artillery Genius)

<p>Airduct to use in the Artillery genius or sidewinder with a BMG extruder and a V6 or Dragon Hotend to fit a 5015 fan. It includes mount for a ABL probe in the Waggster mod style.</p><p>It might work with a Vulcano hotend, but probably needs to be extended.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>This is a remix of the fantastic Ramhorn v2 duct: <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4760471">https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4760471</a></p><p>And the duct for the hotend fan is remixed from: <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4489118">https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4489118</a></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>To install, ziptie the two ducts together to make sure that the hotend fan stays clear of the x-axis stepper.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>To slice, I ran into a bit of weirdness with prusaslicer. The mesh is not perfect. Cura worked fine. I printed it in PETG witout supports at 0.2 layer height. To not impede the light coming from the LED, print with a transparent material.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The offsets for the ABL are:</p><p>X=-22.74</p><p>Y=-49.37</p><p>&nbsp;I regulate Z by hand, so make sure that your nozzle is lower than the shroud. I use around 2mm, so that would be good to start.</p>
