This aluminum casting pattern features intricately designed wings perfect for an insect-themed art exhibition. It also serves as a great classroom prop. The STL files provide options for webbed or hollow wings to suit your preference, with the ability to scale up but potentially losing detail when scaling down. When printing, Slic3r and Craftware generated gcode without issues; however, there were some problems with Skeinforge. Feedback is appreciated, and if you want to twist these wings, gently heat them to make the plastic pliable before bending or twisting to your desired shape.
