Like other xibac necromancers, Itza’s early days were marked with the ignorance-fuelled anger of those who hate the xibac. These people are members of the Nahuac Coalition and their arcane practices draw from K’aab, just like the magic of the weavers, who favor life and growth. Regardless, many in Nahuac regard the concept of death as sozmething different to the work of K’aab, some even seeing it with fear. Itza’s tale is best witnessed in Dragonbond: Rise of Itza. During the events of The Cicadas of Tocotzin Six Canopies she has risen to represent a number of people in the city of Angdáin, and she has bonded with the dragon Reganna Fulgen. She remains a wise, thoughtful leader who values life in all its stages, even death, and who understands the role of grief as an engine for growth. If this is not a practice of K’aab, nothing is. Xibac necromancers in the Nahuac Coalition often go through the same life of discrimination, but few let this get to them as they push forward in their studies. Like the more dangerous and undead xibac lich, necromancers borrow from the power of death to summon xibac numbed, xibac burned and xibac drowned to aid in combat. Like the rest of the Coalition, xibac necromancers are stalwart allies, provided their peers get comfortable with their practices.A necromancer from the city of Angdáin, dragonbonded to Reganna Fulgen. Itza is now a community leader who continues to lead seances for those who have lost a loved one. After all, like other xibac, Itza knows that death is a crucial part of life.
