Color printing with transparency is made possible by using a middle layer that is transparent. First Option: Choose to print one file with three color layers. Start with a first layer of black, 0.6 mm thick, beginning at 0 mm. Follow this with a second layer of transparent material, also 0.6 mm thick, starting at 0.8 mm. Finish with a third layer of black, again 0.6 mm thick, beginning at 1.4 mm. Second Option: To create a pair of earrings, print four times in black using the wingTopAndBottom_make2.stl file. Next, print two times in transparent using the wingMiddleTransparent_makeOne.stl file. Once printed, assemble the earrings by gluing them together in this order: black, transparent, black.
