Dragon Tail Spinner

Dragon Tail Spinner

My contribution to the spinner world is a dual spinner using 608 bearings, with "dragon tails" extending from its sides. For easy printing without supports, the model is divided into two pieces and then glued together before inserting the bearings. Although this approach simplifies the printing process, it still requires some finesse. Ensure your bed is perfectly level and achieve a smooth first layer, especially when printing the smaller parts of the tails. Printing at high resolution will also yield better results; I used 0.2 layer height but found the layers are too distinct on the tails. I recommend using a layer height of 0.15 or lower for optimal quality. Note that no caps are included in this download, so you'll need to find and print your own or use some random caps as I did. Fortunately, Thingiverse offers an abundance of cap designs to suit your taste.
