I decided to switch the X linear rail on my Voron 2.4 from an MGN12H to an MGN9H rail for mass savings.I remixed Chirpy's original MGN12H X Carriage model, and moved the carriage screw holes inward to match the MGN9H carriage hole pattern. I also added some mount points that interface to the bottom “feet” of Chirpy's PCB Mount for the Sherpa Mini for extra toolhead rigidity. My first interation of this model had the belts being pulled through slots straight forward to the front of the printer, but after a few prints, the belts would loosen because there wasn't enough surface connection between the belts and the carriage part.At the limit of my CAD skills, I asked around for some extra help, and https://www.printables.com/@DylanTruong_141841 was able to redirect the belt paths out on an angle instead. So far, this has proved more stable than my last iteration. Thanks Dylan!
