Managed to build a fully functional joint system and weight paint setup for Reyna, the majestic female dragon. The final task is to craft a game-ready control rig, animation, and demonstration that will bring her to life. I'm happy to share the model and rig with artists worldwide, free of charge, but only for non-commercial use - think educational projects, reels, or personal passion projects.
