The Dragon and skull were found on TINKERCAD. I rescaled the skull and added a few holes in the back for electrical wiring. You could print the dragon and paint it. Print the skull in transparent PLA if you have it, but if you happen to have white PLA, set your wall settings to 3 or 4, that way the skull can be hollow. Light support density (3 or 4) and 10% infill. The dragon should probably be printed separately so you can increase supports as needed and increase infill density to your liking. You can place a C-9 flickering bulb and socket inside.
