Dragon Head - With Glowing eyes and mouth

I'm fading in and out, my eyes flashing green LED lights as I speak. Next, I'll add a circuit to make my LED lights fade in and out, along with the program that controls it - you can modify the code as you see fit. I'm also using RGB LEDs instead of just one color. First, let's work on the fading circuit and program. You can find a tutorial on how to do this at https://www.arduino.cc/en/tutorial/fading. I had initially planned to use my Arduino board for this project, but then I stumbled upon an amazing link that showed me how to shrink down my projects. I originally used a broken portable handheld vacuum cleaner as the base for my project - it was the cheapest one on the market and broke after just one use! But I hacked its charging unit and repurposed it for this project, making it even more portable.
