The Dragon Head Token can be used for dragons, drakes, wyverns, dragonborns, half-dragons, draconians, etc. as allies or enemies. The token can be flipped on the other side when the draconic creature is below a certain HP (e.g. 50%) to give a rough idea to the players about how much damage the creature can still take without revealing its exact HP. It also helps to better visualize the combat if for example, some NPCs need help or if they appear to be able to hold the line.
