Dragon Head - Negative Mold
thingiverse
I use Rose's Metal, which has a melt point below that of ABS, for making a basic mold for casting the Dragon Head model using metal-in-abs-casting. This ensures the mold doesn't melt during the process, unless you want it to. I dissolve the mold afterwards using pure Acetone. The mold features an integrated funnel for easier pouring and includes inlet/outlet holes that allow metal to flow into the mold cavity while displacing air. No warranty is expressed or implied in this mold design. Be careful not to melt your face off or do anything else reckless. Happy casting!
