Dragon Head 2 picks up a few years after the first film ended. Takuza's former friend and ex-yakuza boss, Yamamota Shinji is back from Japan after leaving the crime family that was ordered to eliminate his friends by taking their heads as offerings. While still grieving for the deaths of those who fell in this fight against corruption in 1996, we are shown that he is determined more than ever to fight the evil system. The Yakuza is trying everything they can think of to catch and kill him now more then before, knowing the powerful man is their most dangerous enemy and will never surrender to be part of there twisted game. However he still keeps searching for revenge against those that took Takuza's life in one final moment before being eliminated. Takuza continues with the quest with her loyal friends fighting by her side who is determined to defeat their nemesis at any cost while getting closer and closer each day, knowing what the consequences may be, even if they know that the odds are against them but Takuza will do whatever it takes in order for justice to prevail over evil.
