Zenō Zenō, known as the supreme ruler of all universes, stands above all other mortals and deities in the Dragon Ball universe. Depicted as a childlike humanoid figure, Zenō possesses the power to erase entire universes from existence at his whim. First appearing after the tournament between Universes 6 and 7, Zenō is treated with utmost reverence and fear by the other gods and mortals, except for Goku, whom he befriends. Part of the caution others have around Zenō comes from the fact that he acts and behaves like a child, destroying entire planets and universes out of amusement or dismay. An instance of Zenō from an alternate timeline called Future Zenō accompanies Goku back to the present after he erases the entire existence where he lived to destroy Zamasu, becoming a friend of his counterpart. Zenō is revered as the supreme ruler of all 12 universes, with Beerus referring to him as the highest deity. Whis states that there is no higher position than Zenō among gods, and Shin declares that anyone cannot defeat Zenō. Appearing as a childlike figure, speaking in a childish tone, ending his sentences with "no ne." As for himself, he does not fight, possessing the abilities of "Sealing" and "Disqualification". Despite being pure, he harbors terror within him, capable of deciding any matter with a single phrase, rendering any energy or material ineffective. In the past, 18 universes existed, but after Zenō erased six of them for anger, only 12 remained. Later, he became friends with Goku, who directly calls him "Ah Zenō" (Little Zenō). He has his own two attendants, known as Zenō's retainers.
