A model I made a while back using 3d Studio Max, which I recently beefed to make a high poly 3d printable version. Doesn’t quite display as intended due to the file size limitations on Sketchfab, so I had to make some compromises and use multiple pieces, and some opacity maps, which cause a few minor anomalys. (If you get in close enough, some holes appear in the model, and due to the way displacement works, some of the tail wings appear to float.) The actual full 3d printable mesh weighs in at a whopping 6 million poly’s though, and is completely manifold. I may make the files available for sale here at some point, but for now they are simply too large to fit within the requirements. The print models can be purchased at my gumroad page for the moment (search for welbot). I may have to make a number of tweaks to be able to sell it on the store here, but if there is enough interest, I may take the time to do so.
