Drag Chain Catcher
thingiverse
Building a CNC Router requires catch trays for Drag Chains, and here's what you need to create them. As seen in the pictures, additional hardware is necessary to assemble these trays. You'll require 3/4" x 3/4" aluminum angle; I used three feet of it but feel free to make it longer by adding more brackets if needed. For assembling and mounting purposes, M5 screws are also required - I utilized 8mm for locking them together and 12-15mm for attaching to my CNC machine. Other necessary components include t-Nuts and 5MM I.D. washers. Added on January 11, 2020: G-code was sliced using the Prusa Slicer software.
