It will use IGUS CF6.10.4 cable with 4 wires @ 1mm2 size. Diameter is 9.
IGUS state minimum dynamic bend radius to be 6.8*d = 6.8*9=Ø61.2.
Cable will be against the outside of the bend. OD is Ø145 but that is outside of link. Inside of link is Ø141 (floor 2 thick). So PCD of cable 141-9=Ø132 = R66 so that is safely more than the minimum

Use
The terms refer to a bend so Outside means outside of bend.
Usual chain is Outside Link + Inside Lid.
Inside Link + Outside Lid is provided as it may make it easier to access the cables & tubes at the last bit after the bend.
Fence 77 means the compartments are 7 high. Inside depth is 16 but fence uses 2 so the 14 available are split evenly into 7 each.
There are Fence77 Fence86 Fence 95 & Fence 104
I will use Ø9 cable so I will use Fence 95 to position the cable on the outside of the bend.
The inner 5 compartments can be used for the signal wires. However I will be using two drag chains so that the power cables can be separated from the signal wires so there will be no electrical interference on the signal wires.
To fit & remove the lid use a sharp knife to lever it in & out (Leatherman).
Ends. Inside & Outside ends are provided. Use the one that fits in best. Side holes are M3 at 13 centers. Floor holes are M3 at 30 centers.
The rows of slots are for cable tying the wires & tubes so they don’t slide within the Drag Chain.

Photos
Chain.
Shows the bend with 2 ends. The black dots are my sequence markings as I refined the model.
Both ends are Outside.
All the links are Outside except for the last one at the bottom. Note that the lid is on the outside.

Links.
Left is Outside. Right is Inside.
The lids are purposely not interchangeable.
Both fences are 77. There is a groove in the link which they fit into.
To fit or remove the lid slip a knife in & lever the side away. The dovetail has a chamfer to guide it in.

Ends
Left is Inside. Right is Outside
