I used a face shield template from there and adapted it to fit a Dr. Kim dental loupe system perfectly. To achieve clear visibility, I cut a U-shaped notch into the top section and made a hole for the bottom light using my loupe as a measuring guide. Since the transparency is slightly smaller than A4 size, I trimmed 4cm from its length. For added stability, I secured the top loupe light with a small cable tie.
