Dr Jonkal serves as the mini boss for Arcaxer's spine-chilling "Longhorn" level. Throughout the battle, Dr Jonkal rapidly switches between his own form and that of Hugh Mungous. He has a distinct affinity for Sydney, Arcaxer's affable mad scientist, and pays homage to her by donning attire reminiscent of her style. However, Sydney is visibly displeased with Dr Jonkal's fashion choice.
