Dr. E Fat Tail Cat Tall Smartphone Stand - "Birdie"
thingiverse
This is Dr. E Fat Tail Cat Tall Smartphone Stand! I printed one of those small cat smartphone stand for my daughter and she started using during breakfast. Problem is, she started putting the smartphone stand on top of a kleenex box as she wanted to view at nearer eye-height. Well, whenever we have breakfast and she is using her smartphone, it blocks the opening of kleenex box so every kleenex gets torn apart. I realized that most smartphone stands are not ergonomically correct so I made a much taller smartphone stand so you can view youtube/movies on your smartphone more easily nearer eye level. I made the smartphone stand so the smartphone itself angles itself slightly upwards and it's tall enough to make you more comfortable than using a small stand that sits on the bottom of the table. Also, I traced a photo of my cat to make the model of the cat, his name is "Birdie". Fits small smartphones and even larger smartphone like Galaxy Note 20. You can also print with 0% infill, for 0.4mm nozzle, you can use 5 layer perimeter and 0 layers for top and bottom. Use harder materials like PLA, PETG when doing this. UPDATES: Latest - birdiestand v8.stl - Adjusted to hold smartphones with rounded cases, slightly more angled than v1. v1 - birdiestandbydre.stl -
