I've created a printable Nipkow disk for use in mechanical televisions. I designed it as a multi-part pie-slice piece that can be printed eight times and then snap-fit together. Add a touch of glue, drill some holes in the guides provided, and you should have a functioning and accurate Nipkow Disk. Experimental, note that the tightness of the fit can be controlled by modifying the "offset" call in the SCAD source code provided. The holes are implemented as "guide holes" that don't actually go all the way through. On each segment of your disc, you would drill through a different row. Place them such that your holes form a complete spiral around your final disk, suitable for mechanical scanning. For information about mechanical TV, see https://www.taswegian.com/NBTV/forum/.
