DPS5005 power supply case, 6" Rackmount

This is a case for the fairly common DPS5005 Power Supply, a workhorse in many electronics projects. Its 6" Rackmount case makes it an ideal addition to your workshop or electronics lab. On the back side, you'll find a standard 8mm hole for a convenient barrel plug socket connection. With the ability to power modules with DC voltage ranging from 6-50V, this supply is incredibly versatile. I'm currently powering my setup with a 24V LED power supply and plan to add a battery module to make the whole rack portable. To keep everything securely in place, I used M3 countersunk flat head hex screws - a reliable choice that works well without requiring manual tapping. However, it's worth noting that printer tolerances may vary results, so be prepared for some flexibility. Print Settings Printer: Folgertech FT-5 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 30% Notes: This print is quite sensitive to warping, so it's a good idea to disable your part cooling fan. A small amount of warping is acceptable, but excessive curling can lead to fitment issues.
