DPS3xxx Power Supply Case
thingiverse
You can find these affordable DC-DC rack mountable power supplies online, but they often lack a protective case for their backside. Searching for products like DPS3003 will yield some results. However, most of the existing case designs I came across featured DC barrel jacks and on/off switches that didn't meet my requirements. I salvaged an old 19V laptop charger from a dead laptop and thought it would be sufficient for powering most applications. Since my projects typically operate within the 3.3V to 12V range, 19V seemed like a safe bet. Here's what you'll need in addition to the power supply: * An AC-DC external power brick to sacrifice * Four M3 * 12 screws * Four M3 nuts * Two binding posts This design requires only two parts and minimal structure printing. It was created using OpenSCAD, and all design files can be found on my GitHub repository: https://github.com/mwales/3d-printing/blob/master/power_supply_enclosure/readme.md
