DPS bottom with cooling
thingiverse
The DPS3003, DPS3005, and DPS5005 power supply minimal case features an innovative cooling system, carefully designed to optimize airflow and temperature management within the enclosure. By incorporating strategic openings at the bottom of the case, I've maximized heat dissipation and ensured a stable operating environment for the power supplies. To accommodate the necessary cables and connectors, I removed four pre-drilled holes from the original design, allowing users to drill their own custom openings as needed. This flexibility ensures seamless integration with various front panel configurations. Utilizing 3D printing technology, I successfully printed this case with internal supports without encountering any issues. The print process was smooth, and the resulting part exhibits exceptional quality and durability.
