Overview: This custom fixture is designed to securely hold two modified DPS 600PB power supplies, providing a finished look and complete protection for the assembly. Background: Please refer to the detailed write-up contained in the attached PDF file for additional information on this project. After modifying two DPS 600PB server power supplies according to the instructions outlined in John Salt's article (https://www.rchelicopterfun.com/dps-600pb-build.html), I created a fixture that would securely hold the complete assembly while offering a finished look. Hardware: - Two modified DPS 600PB power supplies, customized per John's article (Link provided in Background) - Two power cords - Two 3D printed banana plug receptacle brackets (STL file available) - Four 3D printed compression plates (STL file available) - Eight 5/16-18 threaded rods, cut to 4-inch sections - Sixteen 5/16-18 acorn nuts - Sixteen 5/16 washers
