DPS 5015 Case Slanted

DPS 5015 Case Slanted

I purchased a DPS5015 and needed a case for it, so I remixed zhuliang's box to fit my specific needs. The slanted display was inspired by the sleek design of the Control box for the Wanhao Duplicator I3 V2.1 3D printer, which sparked my creativity. I printed the case with 15% infill, but next time I'll increase it to 25% since some filament fell slightly into the gaps, indicating a need for improvement. BEWARE: The Banana jack holes on the left side are larger than the ones on the right, so be sure to take note of this when assembling your case. To overcome this issue, I wrapped tape around my banana plugs and applied epoxy to secure them in place. The integrated circuit board standoffs proved too fragile when printed with 15% infill, so I had to glue one back on to ensure stability. I designed a lid to fit the case perfectly, and although the rear holes line up great, the front ones are about 1/2mm off, requiring some minor adjustments. The lid has a secure friction fit, making screws unnecessary in my opinion. Feel free to copy and edit the model on Tinkercad if you'd like to create your own custom case.
