DPS-1200FB Cover with Anderson Powerpoles
thingiverse
This is a power supply cover designed specifically for the HP DPS-1200FB, featuring two sets of strategically positioned holes that accommodate Anderson Powerpoles. The HP DPS-1200FB is widely utilized across various hobbyist applications, but in my case, it serves as an essential component for amateur radio setups where Powerpoles have become the industry standard connector. This design was meticulously created using TinkerCAD's intuitive interface and tools. It draws inspiration from two existing designs on Thingiverse: 2227372 and 1621391. These pioneering designs served as a solid foundation, allowing me to adapt and refine them to meet my specific requirements. I'm excited to share this design with fellow hobbyists for feedback before I embark on printing it myself. Once the printing process is complete, I'll update this page with detailed information regarding the print settings and any necessary adjustments to the STL file. Until then, please note that you assume all risks associated with printing this design, so proceed with caution!
