Downtube Cable Stops

A 3D printable downtube cable stop adaptor converts old frames into modern downtube shifter compatibility. This adaptable part was created when I upgraded from downtube shifters to handlebar shifters on my bicycle. Adjusting the cable tension is possible by tightening or loosening the cablestop screw, allowing for precise calibrations of the shifters. I secured this adaptor to my bike using an M5 allen head bolt measuring 15mm in length.
