These are some items that you can use to construct and mount 2in x 3in vinyl downspouts (split lengthwise) to hold pixels (12mm lights) for holiday lighting shows. The objects include a drilling jig to get even spacing, mounting bracket, end cap, and plastic washer (if needed to try to match the color of your paint / surface).
