<p>These are two different versions of my <strong>downforce clamps</strong>.<br>They use a clamp angle of 45° to split the clamping force in two directions (in and down).<br>Check out this <a href="https://youtu.be/IkKNvnDA9JU">Animation!</a></p><p><strong>Version one</strong> is for mounting on <strong>one rail only</strong>.<br><strong>Version two</strong> is designed for <strong>two rails (40mm apart).&nbsp;</strong><br>I made the version 2 especially for my <a href="https://www.printables.com/model/271274-spoil-and-mounting-board-for-cnc"><strong>Spoil and Mounting Board for CNC</strong></a><strong> </strong>(feel free to check that out as well).<br><br>Choose the version you like and print<strong> base + head</strong>.</p><p><strong>Material list:</strong></p><ul><li>For mounting base + head of a clamp together:<ul><li>1pcs M5x25 internal hex bolt</li><li>1pcs M5 nut</li><li>2pcs Aluminum rod or tube OD 10mm length 35mm</li><li>2pcs springs OD 15mm length 10mm (I cut them off a longer spring)<br>&nbsp;</li></ul></li><li>For mounting one clamp to your machine table (depending on clamp version):<ul><li>1 or 2pcs M5xWhatYourTableNeeds</li><li>1 or 2pcs washer 5.3 (ID) 9.8 (OD)</li></ul></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
