Downfall is an intense two-player challenge. Players compete on a vertical board featuring five adjustable dials, one on each side. At game's start, both players possess ten discs positioned at the top of the board. The ultimate goal is to guide all discs to the tray at the bottom by skillfully rotating the dials. Turns alternate between players, who must wait until their opponent has moved a dial before making their next move. The winner is the first player to successfully relocate every disc into the waiting tray below. Because neither player can see the other's board, unexpected moves often occur, either advancing or hindering an opponent's progress. This game demands forward thinking and strategic planning; players must carefully consider their opponent's potential actions while protecting their own discs from getting caught and falling.
