Inspired from Woodpeckers MT Doweling Jig https://youtu.be/aTMiGY-m4VU This self-centered dowel jig drills a straight hole into the wood, and it might be helpful to you. It's my second version of a doweling jig. The first version can be found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2684474. The bushing has an inner diameter of 8mm and an outer diameter of 10mm, with a length between 20mm. I used bolts with a diameter of 5mm in the design. Here are the bolt specifications: M5 x 20mm - 3ea M5 x 40mm - 4ea Each bolt comes with a washer and nut. You don't need to make your own knob for this dowel jig, but you can choose one from Thingiverse.
