Doweling jig

Inspired by the innovative Woodpeckers MT Doweling Jig, I've created a self-centered dowel jig to drill perfectly straight holes in wood. Watch this video to see it in action: https://youtu.be/aTMiGY-m4VU. The bushing's inner diameter is 8mm and its outer diameter is 10mm. The length of the bushing ranges from 10 to 15mm. I used bolts with a 5mm diameter for this project. You can make two versions: a short version and a long version. The difference between them is quite noticeable, as you'll see by watching these videos: 1) Short Version: https://youtu.be/iJ2ELVdSk8w 2) Long Version: https://youtu.be/z762KJCrQs8 You can download the files for this project from my blog, where I've uploaded them under the names "scale 01" and "scale 01 long version".
