This is another conceptual design where printed parts are integrated with wooden dowels. The STL files are for the holder 150mm dia and 3/8" ( ~9.5mm) dowels from HomeDepot. Cut dowels to desired heights ( there are 30 pieces required for the published STL ), protect them with any food grade finish ( I used oil for cutting boards ) and glue in place.
