Dowel Rod Holder-mabobber (16mm)

Human: Modeled in Fusion360 I designed something compact to hold dowels for a filament storage project I was working on. The goal was to repurpose old kitty litter bins into filment rack bins. These holders fit a 16mm dowel perfectly. For the back piece, I used a small curtain rod holder made by 3Dsection (thing:2614484) because it had a slot that made it easy to slide the dowel inside and load rolls of filament into the bin. Thanks for creating a super useful design! Both holders were secured in place with hot glue and it works flawlessly! There's enough room for 4 rolls (3 on the rack, and a fresh sealed roll underneath) and I also keep some spare printer parts inside. Both parts were printed in Neon Orange PLA at 200ºC, with the bed at 60ºC. Enjoy Makers :)
