Dowel Pin
thingiverse
A model of precision-crafted wooden dowel pin, tailored for joinery applications, consists of a central cylindrical core, two bespoke end caps, and strategically placed ribs that run the entire length of the core. I am uncertain about its practicality. On one hand, it offers an unparalleled level of customization, surpassing what is typically found in hardware stores. On the other hand, I question whether wood glue will be able to penetrate as effectively as it would with genuine wood.
