Dovetail to Picatinny Low profile adaptor.

11mm / 3/8th inch dovetail rail to picatinny rail adaptor. I like the options available on Thingiverse for rail adapters, but most of them raise the scope too much. This design gives me the ability to mount picatinny optics easily without raising the scope above where my head naturally rests on a stock. 3 lengths included. 95mm/105mm/135mm. Remember that the screw holes take up 20mm of the length, so the length of the rail per model is 20mm shorter than the total length: 95 overall = 75mm rail length; 105mm overall = 85mm rail length; 135mm overall = 105mm rail length. **Requires 2x M3x18 (*or longer*) Bolts and 2x M3 Nuts.** If you don't have them, some cheap zip ties will probably do, and will actually likely be fine, since a lot of the clamping force comes from your attachment itself. Measure your dovetail rail before printing. I found the HW40's rail was actually 12mm rather than 11mm and needed a design amendment - so I have included extra options for wider metric rails. That said, the imperial rail seems to be the best fit for the HW40's dovetail. Also measure what you are attaching beforehand, as you may find the screw holes on the printed rail affect your ability to mount something, necessitating using a longer rail. For reference, the highest part is of the screw holes is 7.2mm higher than the base of the picatinny rail. The imperial (3/8th inch) rails are made to the dimensions I've found online. To print, **rotate 90 degrees in your slicer and print on the flat side**. **Use supports and adhesion.** All files are available as one download - "all files.zip.stl". Download it and rename it to "all files.zip". Many thanks to zx82net for the excellent customisable picatinny rail.
