Dovetail Locks

I came up with a quick little idea for my Stormtrooper calves that I'm really excited about. The current velcro and hook-and-elastic methods were driving me crazy, so I decided to try something new. I designed a one-piece attachment that gets glued onto each side of the armor leg, gauntlet, or whatever, and it has a hole running down the center for a rod made from a coat hanger to lock the two pieces together. It worked incredibly well, which is why I printed more, cut them down to size, and used them on my kidney plate connections as well. The parts fit pretty snug after printing, so I experimented with different size percentages, but that didn't work out for me - it's way easier just to print both pieces at 100% and sand them down a bit until they fit perfectly.
