To print the board, you must print 18 Middle Pieces in one color (white), 18 Middle Pieces in the other color (black), 6 Edge Piece 1s in one color (white), 6 Edge Piece 1s in the other color (black), 6 Edge Piece 2s in one color (white), 6 Edge Piece 2s in the other color (black), 2 Corner Pieces in one color (white), and 2 Corner Pieces in the other color (black). I designed the pieces with tight tolerances so that they fit together perfectly without gaps when assembled. A hammer is needed to assemble the pieces, which I gently hit until they slid into place, creating a strong structure that doesn't fall apart and has all the pieces sitting flush. If you print this chess board, please post your make and any criticisms of the design so I can improve it. It's also recommended to test printing two pieces first to ensure your printer can handle the tight tolerances before assembling the entire set.
