Dove Tail marking Jigs 1:6 and 1:8
prusaprinters
Jigs are made out of two main parts that are connected with the dove tails. Fit is very tight on purpose. Jig ratio is 1:8 which is used for joining hard wood and 1:6 which used for soft wood. I am printing that with 20% infill from ASA. It is first robust and stable and second the joint from the top side can be sanded so it is smooth. 20% worked for me to stabilize warping.DO NOT send side walls or inner surfaces of 90°, they should be perfect from the printer. If they are not print again. JIG is split this way to have side walls, that you need to draw the line along, absolutely smooth from the printer, not affected by layers. When you sand outer surfaces the debossed ratio marking will stand out by caught sand dust. :)
