Moreover, this model comes in numerous formats to suit various preferences. The DC-7C Seven Seas is a long-range variant of the Douglas Aircraft Company's DC-7, built from 1953 to 1958. It boasts improved engines, non-stop transatlantic capability, and increased fuel capacity, primarily through longer wings. A total of 121 units were manufactured; many of which continued serving until the end of the 20th century. Some still fly today, while others are being restored by museums and private owners.
