cgtrader
Meticulously constructed at nearly full scale, the Douglas DC-7 boasts detailed texturing and animateable control surfaces such as flaps, ailerons, elevators, and rudder. The model also features moveable landing gear, doors, propellers, and a double row radial engine within the cowlings, accompanied by animateable cowling flaps. Available in multiple formats, this aircraft was produced from 1953 to 1958 by Douglas Aircraft Company. It marked the last major piston-engine transport before the advent of jets, and the DC-7B featured a longer range for transcontinental flights across the US without stopovers; a total of 112 were built.
